Job Overview

  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, configuration, and data across the organization.
  • Manage third-party integrations and authentication functionality (Skedda, Exclaimer, etc.).
  • Automate 365-based repetitive workflows that utilize SharePoint, Lists, Forms, and Teams.
  • Act on cybersecurity events and implement assigned remediation options.
  • Be a subject matter expert for break/fix escalations, projects, and assigned change requests.
Breakdown
 
Microsoft 365
  • Manage user licensing, mailboxes, permissions, and group membership through PowerShell/Graph.
  • Manage policies and features for client applications including Edge extensions, Teams apps, and Outlook plug-ins.
  • Enforce naming conventions, SharePoint structure, and resource availability as defined by organizational leaders.
  • Manage and improve Exchange transport rules, spam filtering, email authentication and delivery.
Automation & Integration 
  • Create, maintain, and improve cloud flows to reduce repetitive functions, including Form data collection, List event triggers, Approval workflows, and Teams/email notifications.
  • Implement cross-app features between 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and Office Suite.
  • Manage connectors, data flow, and authentication functionality for third-party enterprise applications utilizing Azure app registrations and single sign on.
Security & Compliance
  • Deploy configuration profiles and account/device policies.
  • Act on time-sensitive security events and generate reports for audit logs and account usage.
  • Proactively address cybersecurity by managing transport rules, conditional access, and exposure management.
  • Remediate assigned “Secure Score” recommendations outlined in Defender.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent work experience and G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; (Must be able to submit proof of education)
  • Microsoft Certifications highly desired
  • TWO years of experience administering a Microsoft 365 tenant
  • FOUR years of professional experience in IT roles
  • Must be able to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, provide driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration, and other hiring requirements
  • Must be able to work outside of normal business hours based on business needs and/or critical system and security issues that may arise. Anticipated work schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
