We are seeking a Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic, dual-role position. This individual will lead certified training courses and provide essential administrative support to the compliance department. The role involves delivering high-quality training experiences, supporting the coordination and documentation of compliance activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs and processes. Ideal candidates will enjoy working collaboratively, managing details, and supporting both staff development and organizational compliance efforts.
This full-time position is hybrid and will involve working 1-2 days remotely and the remaining days in-office, at one of our office locations throughout the valley. The role may involve working evening and weekend hours, as needed. The starting pay range is $22-$26.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a certified trainer to staff, providers, and the community in trainings such as: Article 9, Prevention & Support Training, Direct Care Worker training, CPR, First Aid, etc.
Coordinate and host effective & engaging in-person/online training, using a variety of instructional techniques
Assist with administrative systems and processes associated with training delivery and tracking
Ensure compliance with training and testing standards as prescribed by funding sources
Assist with the monitoring and management of shared compliance department inboxes, triaging messages and ensuring timely follow-up or escalation as needed
Organize and maintain electronic files/folders, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and properly categorized
Collaborate with department leadership to ensure administrative processes align with compliance goals and deadlines
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and correspondence
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum 2 years of professional experience providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities required
Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching groups of adults required
Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, oral and written and oral presentation
Ability to demonstrate highly proficient administrative skills
Strong familiarity with Windows & MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Must possess your own reliable transportation that allows for the transport of necessary materials throughout Maricopa County
Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus
Must be able to successfully obtain a Fingerprint Clearance card, and complete all other related hiring requirements
