We are currently looking for a highly-skilled, detail-oriented administrative professional who will lead the activities related to onboarding staff for all positions across the organization. This individual works closely with both prospective/new employees and internal support staff and hiring managers, to facilitate a positive and successful experience through the onboarding process.
This is a full-time position with a pay range of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE, plus a competitive benefits package.
Regular job duties will Include:
Work closely with new employees to collect all necessary onboarding documents prior to and post hire
Utilize appropriate systems and processes to run compliance checks, reports and to create and maintain digital employee records
Maintain hiring related Excel worksheets and compile onboarding reports for management and other internal stakeholders
Communicate regularly via email and/or phone with potential applicants to collect onboarding documents and answer questions, etc.
Conduct new hire HR orientation in person or remotely
Other projects related to onboarding as assigned
Experience & Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
Successful experience in an administrative role that requires strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and online data management systems
Very strong communication skills: interpersonal, oral and written
Ability to work in a positive and professional manner with a wide variety of people both inside and outside the organization
Ability to multi-task and respond quickly and professionally to multiple requests
Self-motivated and directed, ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be able to successfully pass a fingerprint clearance check, a tuberculosis screening, and other related hiring requirements
