Arizona Autism United is a leading nonprofit community organization seeking experienced and passionate Behavior Technicians for our ABA Treatment Services team. This is typically a part-time role although depending on your schedule as well as client availability in your area, could offer up to 40 hours week. The starting pay range is $17.00-20.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Behavior Technicians work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), on clinical teams providing high quality in-home ABA programs for children with autism. Experience with ABA is a plus but not required.
This position includes extensive training, ongoing professional development with the possibility of getting supervision hours, competitive pay, and raises every six months!

We serve families throughout Maricopa County, so positions are available VALLEYWIDE.
Staff must be able to provide their own transportation to commute to and from client homes in different areas of the valley.
Applicants must be available between 3:30-6:30 p.m. on Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday.
Required experience includes at least 6 months of paid work experience working with individuals with Special Needs, OR 2 years of full-time coursework from an accredited school, in a field of study related to human service. (For example, Education, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences & Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work.)
Applicants must have a H.S. Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
All staff in this position will be required to complete an extensive training period in their first few months of employment, which includes paid time to complete the requirements to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Applicants who already have the RBT credential will qualify for a higher starting pay rate.
