Arizona Autism United (www.AZAunited.org) is a growing nonprofit organization whose sole focus is providing high quality direct services and supports to children and families in our community. We are searching for an amazing FINANCIAL CONTROLLER to become part of a highly dedicated leadership team and help us successfully expand our services across the Valley and eventually statewide. The core functions of the job include managing accounting systems, reporting and analyzing financial data, monitoring payables and receivables, strengthening internal controls, and administering cash management policies.
Job Duties include:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing financial and accounting operations, preferably in a Controller position, and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Experience in a nonprofit, human services and/or healthcare organization is strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Quickbooks is required. All candidates must be able to pass a background check and credit check, as well as other hiring requirements.
